I am not an AI expert. My background is in leading change. It's where I have spent more than 15 years building organizations from the ground up and guiding teams through major shifts in how they work.
One thing I’ve learned is that technology itself is rarely the real challenge. The bigger issue is how we guide people through change.
That's what I'm researching as a Doctor of Technology (DTech) candidate at Purdue University. My focus isn't on making AI better—it's on understanding how organizations can implement AI without breaking the social contract with their workforce. I’m especially interested in how investing in workforce development shapes whether people see AI co-pilots as a threat to their jobs or as a way to boost their abilities.
